Announcement of Project Award – Queens Wharf Tower 2 & Tower 3

YUANDA Australia is pleased to confirm its award to deliver the façade package for Queens Wharf Towers 2 and 3 which adds to our recent Tower 1 win that connects each tower with a skybridge as part of the Queens Wharf Integrated Resort Development. 

The team is delighted to continue its ongoing collaboration with Multiplex Australia to deliver what will be an iconic development in Brisbane in addition to recent wins that include 308 Exhibition Street and West Side Place Stage 2 Podium façade works in Melbourne. 

The varying façade systems and skybridge to Queens Wharf Towers 2 and 3 which total over 21,400m2 of curtain wall, window wall and cladding systems that step in and out to generate a unique architectural profile will be delivered and overcome complex design and constructability challenges whilst ensuring the myriad of performance requirements are met. 

Yuanda Australia’s commitment to delivery is also met with our stringent approach to testing practise that ensures performance is met including the Greenstar energy (ESD) requirements demanded of the project.  

Yuanda’s technical team continue to work collaboratively with Multiplex and all consultants to contribute our technical expertise and digital modelling capability to tackle complex facade geometries and improve workflow efficiency.
